News Flash! There is more to shopping and textiles in the centre of Melbourne than most people realise. Imagine finding those shops hidden up laneways, up hard to find stairs, or down into a secret cellar. Leave the noisy bus behind and casually stroll along a street art filled laneway or sneak up a city arcade to find that something different. Cost here...

The tour starts off at 2pm to enjoy the best the shopping day has to offer. No History or architecture on this tour - we seek out craft, clothing, jewellery, hat and other stores that are specially selected for style, proximity and suited to the tastes of our guests.

Specially arranged stops with Jewellers, Milliners or similar artisans are arranged to give you that special experience of seeing a 'secret' side to Melbourne.

Coupled with great local coffee and a great afternoon tea in a great city cafe at the conclusion, you know you are going to have a great day out in the Melbourne city!

Housekeeping
All guides are First Aid Level 2 qualified but please notify us if you have any outstanding health issues. Some stairs are involved with the tour but can be avoided if requested due to health concerns. Controlled pedestrian crossings are used whenever possible while always looking out for your safety.

The City Shopping & Textile tours start at Federation Square. Coffee is provided during the tour and a fabulous afternoon tea is provided at Jolimont Expresso in Fed Square that all our customers love!

This is a walking tour so wear suitable footwear and please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure the tour starts on time. It takes 3 hours and is limited to 20 people. Water is provided on hot days and any tram tickets are included.

Note most dietary requirements are catered for. However we only cater for those with disabilities or families with children younger that 13yo via our Private Tours. Call us for more information.
