The tour starts off at 2pm in Fitzroy or Brunswick to
enjoy the best the shopping day has to offer. No History or
architecture on this tour - we seek out craft, clothing, jewellery,
hat and other stores that are specially selected
for style, proximity and suited to the tastes of our guests.
Our tours are a journey through the best and most
luxurious fabrics, the best of new and recycled clothing,
beading, trims, buttons, crafts, and much more. For a preview,

During the tour, you will be provided with great coffee or
at the end, afternoon tea can be provided - typically at
one a great local cafe. After the tour, you can add many
new places to your list of favourite shop stops.

All guides are First Aid Level 2 qualified but please
notify us if you have any outstanding health issues.
Some stairs are involved with the tour but can be
avoided if requested due to health concerns.
Controlled pedestrian crossings are used whenever possible
while always looking out for your safety.
The Fitzroy and Northcote textile tours start at
Beautiful Silks
(where you can check their FABULOUS range) or at the start of Sydney Rd for the Brunswick tour.
We take a tram to Northcote to start off our activity
in this great area and we add a stop at Westgarth.
This is a walking
tour so wear suitable footwear and please arrive 10 minutes
early to ensure the tour starts on time. It takes 3 hours
and is limited to 20 people.
Water is provided on hot days
and any tram tickets are included. Note most dietary requirements are catered for.
However we only cater for those with disabilities
or families with children younger that 13yo via our
